Venezuela Gastronomic Festival @ Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre

10 days Venezuela Gastronomic Festival from October 22 to 31,2015 will be hosting at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre to celebrate the 10th Venezuelan Week in Malaysia organised with the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Do you know about Venezuela? Venezuela is a country on the northern coast of South America with diverse natural attractions, the aim of this festival is to enhance the public image of Venezuela and to introduce its arts, culture and food to promote Venezuela as an exciting travel destination for Malaysians. A photographic exhibition will be launch at Mezzanine Bar & Lounge where located at level 2 that will show the diversity of the Venezuelan people and landscapes. 

Delectable Venezuelan buffet dinner will be served at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre’s Eccucino during this 10 days Venezuela Gastronomic Festival. Eccucino will be decorated inspired by Venezuelan decoration to bring you an authentic Venezuelan experience. 
Guest chefs from Venezuela, Enrique Limardo and Federico Tischler. With experience and deep passion, Chefs Limardo and Tischler have been cooking up a storm in the culinary scene of Venezuela and the United States, worked extensively in Europe and South America. Currently, both chefs lead the kitchen of Alma Cocina Latina, a Venezuelan restaurant in Baltimore, USA.
This is so nice! This zesty mix of fresh seafoods, tomato and a little plum flavour is a refreshing snack.

Arroz Con Coco (coconut rice)
The beef is so tender and juicy.
Arepa (cornmeal cake), Cachapas (Fresh corncake with cheese)
Empanada de Pollo (chicken empanasad), Cassava bread (pan de bono), Patacones (Deep fried green plantain)
Arroz Con Coco (coconut rice) with Asado Negro (roasted beef), Polvorosa de Pollo (chicken pot pie), Brochetas de Langoustines en Salsa de Tamarindo (shrimp brochettes with tamarind sauce)

The taste is superb! Heavenly delicious when the moist chocolate melt-into your mouth!
