Chocolate Crave by Chef Philippe Kotzky @ Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

I am a baker and also a chocoholic! When i heard that pastry and chocolate maestro Chef Philippe Kotzky will demonstrates his recipe for a chocolate dessert over hi-tea at Pullman Hotel Kuala Lumpur Bangsar, and i got this invitation also, definitely i must not missing out this golden opportunity! 

Graduated from Academy of Nice, France, Chef Philippe Kotzky has come a long way from an apprentice to a Pastry Chef and ally to a highly respected Executive Pastry Chef. He has worked in renowned Michelin restaurants with L'amandier de Mougins (France) 2 star Michelin, La Belle Otero (France) 2 star Michelin, Baia Benjamin (Italy) 2 star Michelin, Hotel Casino Lisboa (Macao) 3 star Michelin. He also worked in 3 star New York Time rated restaurants such as Ocean (US) and Louis XVI (US). Later on, Chef Philippe Kotzky provided consultation in bakery and dessert products and then proceeded to manufacturing of chocolates under the brand and company PK Chocolat in Shanghai.
Chef Philippe Kotzky as a guest chef for Chocolate Crave at LINK All Day Dining, Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar on 17th-18th October 2015, launched his chocolate decoration transfer sheets from DecoTatoo and showed us a trick or two on chocolate decoration transfer sheets on chocolate souffle.

Chocolate has gotten more fun with this! Chocolate decoration transfer sheets can allow you to add flair to your desserts and make it more presentable. With plenty of patterns to choose, the pattern is made out of coloured cocoa butter on an acetate sheet. Unlike the edible print sheet i used on my fondant cake, this chocolate decoration transfer sheets is more delicious! 
Chocolate decoration transfer sheets on chocolate souffle. This chocolate souffle has a delicious molten centre, an uber-decadent dessert! Unbelievable Chef Philippe Kotzky put chocolate decoration transfer sheets on this hot chocolate souffle immediately when out from oven(because always recommend to use cool hand to handle this chocolate decoration transfer sheets), it won't melt all and looks nice!
