Omakase RM88
A beautifully presentation serving of sashimi on a bed of ice. I am sashimi lovers especially salmon! a little disappointed while i feel quite fishy to chewing tuna sashimi.
Hei Dragon Maki RM9.99
Jackfruit Ebi Maki RM15.99
When it served on the table, the jackfruit smell lingered in the air. Taste great as the sweet jackfruit's versatile flavour adds a nice touch to the golden prawn tempura, seaweed, Japanese omelette and cucumber maki wrap!
My first thought of it was a beef hahaha! But it is actually a tuna steak which was pan-friend with aromatic sesame paste sauce and served with steam buns. What?! What is the taste when tuna paired with steam bun? It sound a little weird, but when eaten this grilled tuna with soft steamed bun, simply genius and i enjoyed the taste.
Ebi Tempura RM15.99
I like this! Deep-fried tiger prawn to perfectly crispy and crunchy!
Saba Kara RM13.99
Grilled Mackerel with hot and spicy sauce. But for me, the sauce is more to like tomato sauce, i was like eating tomato sardine LOL!
Shake Kara RM18.99
Same cooking method as Saba Kara, but this one is salmon.
Chawanmushi RM6.99
Savoury egg custard and full of fillings such as prawns, mushroom and ginkgo nuts. I can't resist with the smooth, silky texture is akin to soft tofu!
Shake Ankake Chawanmushi RM7.99
Same with Chawanmushi but this is more watery and filling with salmon clear soup. Great appetiser, it is tangy and tasty!
King Platter RM49.99
As i told before, Hei Sushi is playing with Japanese-Western-Local concept, so you can order the western style one which is King Platter. It has a amazing assortment of succulent grilled chicken, sirloin, and seafood (Oyster, Squid, Salmon) complemented with mushrooms and vegetables on the side, glazed with signature sauce. it is quite huge and good for sharing.

Grilled squid with teriyaki sauce.
Saba Yaki RM12.99
Grilled Mackerel with signature sambal sauce.
