Oriental Chinese Cuisine in Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is offering decent and exclusively Chinese cooking, which specializes in Canton dishes as well as an extensive dimsum. The restaurant is popular during lunch and dinner, also suitable for private, intimate functions. Recently i was invited to review Executive Chef Tan Wee Kiat's delectable menu.
 The restaurant has private dining rooms which cater to small groups of up to 30 persons and the restaurant wide space can comfortably sit up to 200 persons. The decorated floor designed with the traditional intimate classic setting, intricate wooden chairs and the glass window are the main features of the Oriental design. A new modern expression of the ancient Chinese traditions teahouse featuring an premium range of Chinese teas.

Deep-fried Shimeji Mushroom with Salted Egg 
The deep-fried Shimeji mushrooms is crunchy and crispy, the taste was superb with salted egg while the creamy flavour gave it a light kick. 
Crispy Aromatic Duck with Pancakes
Put the crispy-skinned aromatic duck meat on a pancake, served with a bit of spring onion and a bunch of fresh cucumber, then mix a dollop of plum sauce on to it, and roll it up. Perfect! 
Double boiled Cordyceps Flower Soup with Chicken
I love to drink Chinese soup, this double-boiled chicken soup is packs in the goodness of chicken, scallops and cordyceps.
Steamed Village Chicken with Chinese Herbs in Claypot
Essentially steamed the village chicken with premium soy sauce and Chinese herbs, braised it to perfection that enhance the flavours of the chicken. Just can't stop eating this succulent moist chicken!
Steamed Jade Perch with Crispy Minced Ginger
 Braised Homemade Beancurd with Crab Meat & Roe Sauce
Fried Assorted Vegetable with Fresh Mushroom
Stir fried all the fresh assorted vegetables such as lotus root, asparagus, carrot, black fungus and mushrooms, it gives this dish a sweet taste and crunchy texture.
Fresh Water Prawn Fried with Egg Noodle in Canton Style
Firm yet succulent freshwater prawns in a gravy richly flavoured by egg and roe, served on a bed of noodle, simply delicious. 
Wok Fried Crab with XO Butter Sauce
 Chilled Durian Crepe
Definitely not miss out this Durian Crepe! Served cold generously stuffed with a luscious rich of chilled durian mousse and a dollop of durian flesh, try it if u love exotic taste of durian!
 Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Ball
