Bouncing Fun at Jump Street Trampoline Park, jump as high you can

Have you heard Jump Street Trampoline Parks before? Honestly, this is my first time to heard about this and join the game! *meh~~ I'm always late to a trend!* 
Jump Street Trampoline Parks are an amazing urban playground for adults and children alike, with hundreds of interconnected trampolines from the floor right up the walls and multiple jumping attractions at every venue, even the little ones have a dedicated jumping area open for children under 110 cm. Located in a warehouse behind Jaya One, this indoor trampoline park is made for people of all ages. 
The park is divided into several sections: a main court featuring over 9,000 square feet of interconnected trampolines, two dodge ball courts, a foam pit, basketball and kids' courts, a high performance area with six Olympic-spec trampolines and vertical running walls of different heights. So, you have a choice of 8 different attractions to keep you busy - from DodgeBall to Wall Walking, battle beam for the kids, Slam Dunking, Jumping into the Air Bag and/or Foam Pit or just simple Free Jumping at Main Court which has 47 interconnected, wall to wall (up the wall in some cases) trampolines for you to practise on. It’s a smorgasbord of awesome activities that keeps you entertained for the whole time you are jumping. Woohoo!!! 
I saw many kids were very enjoy jumping while i visited the park. 
I was invited jumped into the Jump Street Media Appreciation Day with other media and blogger friends, taking on gravity defying challenges.

I can tell you... it is extremely exhausted!!! I was jump jump and jump for 15 minutes continuously and i was sweating like mad!!! This is the great thing of trampolining, you're having so much fun that you don't realise how hard you are working, LOL! Studies have shown that you would burn the same amount of calories in just ten minutes of trampolining as you would jogging for half-an-hour. I felt dying after jump for 15 minutes ONLY, hahahaha! 
Must wear sports gear (grip socks) for jumping.
Trampolining is a spectacular sport that can require a top gymnast to reach heights of 10 metres whilst performing multiple somersaults and twists but equally it’s easy enough for the most sedentary person to be able to pick up and do in minutes!! 
As well being a sport in its own right, it is widely recognised as a training tool for many other gymnastic disciplines and sports such as diving and freestyle skiing and a great foundation of fitness and toning to help participation in ALL other sports.
Trampolining is good for children and adults who are reluctant to begin physical activities. It gives a feeling of exhilaration and motivates them to try harder. This helps them to gain courage and self-confidence. Trampolining is easy and offers immediate success and accomplishment. Everybody wins! The fascination never wears off because everyone can ALWAYS progress.
Definitely YES! it is real motivates me to keep trying slam dunk on trampoline until successful! Oh ya, i forgot to tell you that i was a basketball player of national champion team during my primary school time, suppose to join as national team player but my father don't allow me to continue. =( So.... i can't miss a basket!
