It's been a while since my last visited a spa, few days ago I had a wonderful spa day at ELYSYLE SPA.
Set at the penthouse of the Wisma Elken, the spa is well away from any hustle and bustle although the location is nestled in the heart of the city, Old Klang Road.
Elysyle Spa's interior designed by a celebrated Japanese spa architect, the 10000 square feet of luxurious Zen-like space is divided into several treatment rooms and various quiet nooks and corners for clients observing utmost privacy and hygiene, also to make connections with their mind, body and soul.

I was greeted and welcomed upon arrival to the spa, after that my therapist brings me go to lounge area for a quick consultation before beginning a session to determine what treatment suit me best. I opted for the water therapy and body massage because recently i consistently have trouble falling and staying asleep at night, and i always feel exhausted. So, my therapist recommended their several signature spa to me which is Ganbanyoku Stone Spa, NEOQI 5-in-1 and 1 hour aroma full body massage.
Ganbanyoku Stone Spa

Elysyle is the first in Southeast Asia to have a state-of-the-art energising stone spa fully imported from Japan, uses 3 of Japan's most popular ore (natural rock) and gemstones to bring about differing yet positive benefits to the body in accordance to the user's health. This spa is renowned for treating anxiety, aches and pains to boost the digestive and immune systems.
I have to take off my kimono spa robe when i go for the Ganbanyoku Stone Spa, so Elysyle Spa provided two energising stone bathing rooms, one each for men or women respectively.
Customer can choose from three types of beds : for physically stressed, for emotionally stressed, for recovering from illness. I choose for emotionally stressed as i've had insomnia for almost a week. Lay down on the hot stone with combination of tourmaline and precious ores to further improve circulation, release stress and increase mental alertness. Also, a vibration technology is applied to break down the mist in order to allow it to revitalise cells and improve overall body functions. I feel so relaxed and invigorated after hot stone spa.
Some refreshing snacks and hot tea will get ready for you to replenish some energy after each treatment, which i'm quite impress with this service.
After that, i proceed to the next treatment which is deemed number one in Malaysia and also their signature spa.

What makes this treatment unique is the remarkable Balneo Capsule that incorporates five different water treatments, which collectively revitalise the mind, body and soul. They are:
• Infrared steam – relaxes and detoxifies
• Chromotherapy – restores balance within
• Vichy shower – energises
• Balneotherapy massage – calms
• Vibro-massage – stimulates
The capsule offers above-water and below water experiences. It contains a board whereby one
would lie on for infrared steam, chromotherapy, vichy shower and scalp massage. The board is later removed for a vibro-massage experience to which jets of water are aimed at removing every existing tension.
This is my favourite spa because all water-based treatments are centralising within one single capsule, i don't need to move from room-to-room, thus making the entire spa experience is even more fuss-free and relaxing.
Lastly, i went for my aroma full body massage by using massage oil that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils).
There are 4 type of 100% pure natural essential oils imported from France, from the relaxing Lavender, refreshing Lemongrass, Rosemary and Rose Geranium. Of course, i will go for the Rose Geranium as this is best for anti-aging and boost the collagen in your skin. During the massage, I feel totally relaxing and easing away tension from body and mind, when inhale these essential oil molecules, and the smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements by professional massage therapist.
I was pleasantly surprised at just how refreshed, loosened up, and relaxed after all these 3 treatments. It’s a great way and ultimate pampering to recharge and boost my mood, as they really have thought of everything to make your time at the spa as satisfying and relaxing as it can possibly be.
