MELANGÉ Korea review Gaia Mud Mask & MELANGÉ Medusa Divine Serum

October 29, 2026

When I'm over the age of 30 and with combination skin, finding the right balance between keeping my skin feeling clean and maintaining hydration is important to me. I enjoy products that not only fit into my routine but also leave my skin feeling comfortable, soft, and hydrated.

Recently, I had the opportunity to try two products from MELANGÉ Korea which is the Gaia Mud Mask and Medusa Divine Serum. One is designed to help cleanse the skin and manage excess oil, while the other focuses on hydration, skin-barrier support, and a smoother-looking complexion.

After using them for 2 weeks, here's my experience with these two products.

MELANGÉ Gaia Mud Mask

The Gaia Mud Mask is formulated with high-quality sea silt, kaolin clay, minerals, and licorice root extract. It is designed to help remove impurities and excess oil while improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone while also promoting cell revitalization.

The first thing I noticed about the Gaia Mud Mask was its creamy and smooth texture.

It is easy glides onto the skin evenly, and it also has a slight earthy smell which make me feels like indulge in an at-home spa.

I applied an even layer onto clean skin and left it on for around 10–15 minutes, as recommended.

After rinsing off, my skin felt clean, refreshed, and noticeably smoother. My skin actually quite sensitive, sometimes a cleansing mask can leave my skin feeling itchiness or redness. What I particularly love is that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight, dry, or irritated. Instead, my face feels soft and hydrated, with a brighter, healthier-looking glow.

I’ve been using the Gaia Mud Mask 1 time a week because I’ve also been dealing with stubborn blackheads on my cheeks that other products and techniques haven’t quite helped with, so I’m curious to see how my skin continues to respond with regular use.

My complexion seems to be clearing up, and I’ve noticed that the appearance of my pores looks less noticeable after washing off the mask.It is gentle on my skin, leaves my skin feeling soft, fresh, and comfortable after each use.

Overall, I’m really enjoying the Gaia Mud Mask so far! The Gaia Mud Mask can be used 1 time a week according to its directions. For anyone who enjoys a little at-home spa experience that combines a luxurious and eco-friendly mud mask formulated to address excess oil and the appearance of pores, this one may be worth exploring.

After cleansing, the next step is to replenish the skin with hydration.

MELANGÉ Medusa Divine Serum

The Medusa Divine Serum combines antioxidants, ceramides, peptides, and a Korean herb complex. Its formula is designed to support the skin barrier, defend against environmental stressors, reduce fine lines, and improve the appearance of uneven texture, leave the skin looking smoother and more youthful glow.

Apply it to my clean face and don't forget to take care of my neck too, gently patting the serum into my skin.

This serum has its watery, silky texture. It spreads easily across my skin and absorbs quickly without leaving behind a sticky feeling.

I like this kind of finish because I prefer skincare that feels lightweight and comfortable rather than heavy on my face. The lightweight texture also makes the serum easy to layer with moisturiser as part of my daily skincare routine.

After application, my skin felt smooth and hydrated, with a soft finish that wasn't sticky at all.

My skin also looked brighter and felt softer after incorporating these products into my routine over the past 2 weeks. Of course, results can vary depending on individual skin types and how consistently a product is used. While it's still early to comment on longer-term results, I’m happy with how clean, soft, and hydrated my skin feels so far.

After trying both products, what stands out to me is how comfortable my skin feels. For me, choosing skincare isn't just about the promises on the packaging. It's also about the texture, how a product feels during application, how comfortable my skin feels afterwards, and whether it suits my everyday routine.

The Gaia Mud Mask leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without the tight, dry feeling I sometimes associate with cleansing masks. Meanwhile, the Medusa Divine Serum gives my skin a smooth, hydrated feel without any sticky residue.

I've also noticed that my skin looks brighter and feels softer after using them for weeks. Of course, I need to put disclaimer here which this is only my initial experience, and I'll need more time to see how my skin responds with continued use.
