Christmas Three-Course
Including Borscht soup, snow fish carpaccio and a choice of Roasted whole spring chicken or Lamb rack. Santa’s Classic Roast serves up a traditional feast of a whole chicken marinated in brine, then smoked and roasted with an assortment of traditional herbs.
Christmas beverage
Gold Bauble, an artistic blend of molasses with fresh mint, apple cider vinegar and dry ginger, Mr. Claus, a combination of grapefruit pulp and peel, cranberry, grape juice and tonic, and Mrs. Claus, a sweet fruity mix of raspberry, tomato and plum soup.
