September 27, 2016

Actually i should change the title of this blog post to "New Italian cuisine in town worth a visit!" =P
Fratello Italiano opened in mid-May 2016 at Nexus Bangsar South. Honestly, i seldom go to this area because it is crowded during office hour but quiet in weekends. Restaurants at Nexus Bangsar South are more to like franchise/ branches, i am looking for something totally NEW and yay! I found this! A new choices to the folks living in this neighbourhood.

Fratello Italiano offers in old fashioned Italian restaurant interior, complete with ceramic tile floor that kind of cozy and casual Italian restaurant.
Fratello Italiano specialize in fresh, handmade pastas which made the old fashioned way, no artifical colouring or preservatives. The colour of pasta is from fresh ingredients such as beetroot, spinach, chilies, squid ink, fresh herbs and various other seasonal flavours. Fresh pasta is coveted for its tender, silky texture, eggy flavor, and healthier.
