I'm going to have a "me" weekend and this definitely help. All i need to do is devote a day to pampering myself to relax and rejuvenate through spa treatments or massage at Amara Sanctuary of Beauty & Wellness which newly opened at Sri Petaling.
Located above of 103 Coffee Workshop Sri Petaling, the location was not difficult to find as it is also just opposite of carpark. It is a one-stop beauty centre whereby catering for the beautiful you, come get pampered with facial, massages, body treatment, manicure and pedicure services.
Simple and cozy environment.
Recently i was busy travel around, my blogging and my business, i'm too tired. So i decided to try their Warm Oil Massage for 90mins (retails at RM198), to relieve stress and remove toxins from body.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly therapist. After registration, she led me to the massage room located on the 2nd floor.

Warm Oil Massage is a massage to heal body, mind and spirit. Using hot stone in massage session to increasing circulation, relieve tension, mental or emotional stress. Massage therapist use her hands and the warm stone to melt away stress, i feel the heat from hot stone relaxes my muscles. Before massage start, therapist was asking what is my preferred pressure. However, i still feel a bit of pain at certain part although i requested medium pressure.

Overall, i feel relaxing comforting after a full-body warm oil massage, it such a recharger and rejuvenator of mind and body. I had a good sleep after home. =)
